As a nationally certified trainer, run coach, and group fitness instructor. I am here to help bring you to a new level of fitness that embodies a well rounded approach. I offer 1-1 up to 4-1 training that can be done in-person or virtually.

Can’t commit to personal training at the moment? Or are confident in doing it on your own, but need some support. I also offer consult calls. In these 30 or 60 minuets calls, we’ll dive into what your fitness goals are and create an action plan to make them happen. Have more specific questions about your training? These calls are great for that as well.

I also have downloadable training plans for half and full marathons.

You’ll receive a monthly training plan to do on your own. We’ll check in monthly via zoom, to see how you’re doing and how to update and improve your training plan. This plan also includes weekly touch base communication.

15 Week Half Marathon Training Plan

Get ready to finish your half marathon feeling strong with this 15 week training plan.

This training plan includes

  • a 15 week progressive build of distance and effort with a blend of base building, speed work and long endurance runs to help you prepare for your half marathon

  • 5 strength and mobility workouts

  • tips and tools to aid in your recovery

  • race day tips

  • information on nutrition for training and race day

  • a tracking log to help you keep track of runs, workouts, rest, and how you’re feeling.

HIIT

This 50 minute class is designed to make the most of your time. Get ready to move through a full body circuit via intervals. Get in, get it done, and get on to the rest of your day. 

Run + Meditation

Combing the practice of moving meditation followed by quiet mindfulness. 

30 minute walk, jog, run, 30 minute vinyasa cool down 15 minute meditation. 

Yoga + HIIT

This class is our beauty and the beast of the studio. We mix the beauty of our vinyasa style yoga with the beast of HIIT (high intensity, interval training). 

Yoga Sculpt

One of our favorite combo classes. This class blends a power vinyasa flow with weights, cardio, big beats, lots and sweat, smiles, and feel good vibes. This is a party. Come ready to have fun.

Run + HIIT

Running, running, running. Well not that much running. Just 20 minutes of whatever pace you want to go, follow by our kick-butt HIIT workout, ending with a nice slow flow.

North Pack Run Club: Fall Edition

September 5th-November 18th

Tuesday | 5:30 - 6:30p

Thursday | 11:15-11:45a virtual strength/mobility workout
Saturday | 8:30-9:30a

WHAT: An 11 week run program focused on maintaining your run fitness through the fall while having fun with some hill repeats and shorter-mid distance runs. Even if you’re not racing, you are welcome to run with us. All levels are welcome to join. Whether you’re just getting into running, back into running, or have been running for awhile. Together we’ll be focus on having fun, connecting, and getting stronger and faster.

We will meet Tuesday night's for speed work or shorter runs. Saturday's will be dedicated for mid distance runs
